Training, careers and qualifications

The training area of the NCVYS web site provides information about careers, qualifications and training in working with young people:

• Careers and volunteering: information on volunteering or working with young people including what careers are available.

• Qualifications and training: information on qualifications in working with young people and how to find a training course.

• Training Directory: a listing of training courses provided by voluntary youth sector based training providers.

• NCVYS Training Provision: training provided by NCVYS in areas such as diversity, safeguarding and youth participation.

• Supporting training providers: a range of resources to help voluntary youth sector based training providers improve and develop their provision.
